Kolle was born and raised in Busan, Korea. Finished his college education and worked in Los Angeles, then, came back to Seoul to pursue his career as a designer in fashion. He created his own fashion label, Ariya Sacca to convey the Asian spirit to daily wardrobe and was noticed by Not Just a Label, UK, then appointed as Black Sheep, one of the innovative designers.
His endeavor to reveal Asian culture with modern technology found a way in digital art.
Tarae is a thread bunch in Korean.
The thread art he is creating in his works represents one’s experiences or bonds, 絆 Kizuna, between people. They all form individual mindsets or communities, and the shapes would be diverse.
Something like a Moon jar or Knots.
The threads can be any shape depending on what you want and what you achieve.
